qp333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qp333 ("qp333", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the qp333 website, all associated services, games, promotions, and any other content or functionality offered on or through the qp333 platform. By accessing qp333, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 4. Account Registration

To use qp333 you must register a single personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on qp333. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your genuine Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. qp333 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure
• qp333 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or permit any third party to access or use your Account
• You must notify qp333 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way

qp333 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time and to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requirements may include proof of identity (national ID, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of continued access to withdrawal functionality.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the qp333 platform:

• The minimum deposit on qp333 is ৳200. qp333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. qp333 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances
• All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned to the originating payment method where possible, less any applicable processing fees
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. qp333 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking partners or network issues beyond qp333's control
• qp333 may withhold processing a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification. If a Player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed, qp333 reserves the right to return the withdrawal amount to the Player's Account balance and require KYC completion before any future withdrawal is processed
• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically possible due to payment method limitations. qp333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving withdrawals that are unusual in size or frequency
• qp333 uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant procedures for all payment transactions. qp333 does not store complete payment card numbers on its servers. All financial data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and payment security standards

6. Bonuses and Promotions

qp333 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified expiry period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and are subject to specific wagering and game restrictions as stated in the applicable promotion terms
• qp333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, system error or fraudulent activity
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any time. Claiming a second welcome bonus from a second account will be treated as a breach of the single-account rule and may result in forfeiture of all balances across all accounts
• qp333 may verify that a bonus has been claimed by the account holder in good faith before authorising any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings. Players found to have exploited bonus terms through coordinated play, reverse wagering strategies or other bonus abuse methods will have their winnings voided and accounts reviewed

7. Responsible Gaming

qp333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in effect on the qp333 platform:

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) on their Account at any time via Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect
• Players may set session time limits to control the duration of each gaming session. When a session time limit is reached, qp333 will display an alert and, if the Player does not elect to continue, will automatically end the session
• Self-exclusion is available to any Player who wishes to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion may be requested for a fixed period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers or withdrawals will be processed until the exclusion period expires or, in the case of permanent self-exclusion, indefinitely

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qp333 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, code, data, and all other material — is the exclusive property of qp333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qp333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the qp333 platform except as permitted under these Terms.

The qp333 name, brand mark, logo and all associated trade marks are the property of qp333. You may not use any qp333 trade mark, brand name or logo without the prior written consent of qp333. Unauthorised use of qp333 intellectual property may constitute trade mark infringement, copyright infringement or other legal violations and qp333 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qp333 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, automated system or other mechanism to access, interact with or gain any advantage on the qp333 platform beyond what is available to a normal human user
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or any other aspect of the qp333 platform, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing or coordinated bonus abuse
• Using qp333 for any money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime. qp333 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, system bug or malfunction in any game or platform feature to obtain funds, credits or any other advantage not intended by qp333
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing conduct towards qp333 staff, support agents or other players on the qp333 platform via any communication channel

10. Account Suspension and Termination

qp333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, single-account rule, prohibited conduct provisions or bonus terms
• qp333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorised access or any other illegal conduct in connection with the Account
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or account review
• The Player requests Account closure, in which case qp333 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qp333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the qp333 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if qp333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. qp333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qp333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While qp333 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security, qp333 cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible, particularly during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions or circumstances beyond qp333's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions or third-party service outages.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

qp333 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and qp333. By registering an Account and using the qp333 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms
